I have a brand new Cisco 7911G.
It came with SCCP image. I would like to upgrade it to a SIP image without using a CUCM or CUCM Express. Is that possible? If yes, could someone post a procedure? Thanks.

Hope this helps.

Hi,
The 7911 doesn't support SIP. Only the 7940/60 and higher 61/62/75,etc.

You need a support contract to download phone firmware.
