In the location where things aren't working....what's there?  A CCM server?  A Router?

Are you using software or hardware resources for conferencing....and where are these installed?

check the codecs being used, SW CFB can only handle G711

Hi,

Using only Software conferencing bridge.

First location Publisher & 1 subscriber installed, second location 1 suscriber installed and third location SRST routers installed.

Media Resource Group is comman for Location 1 & 3. But in location 1 where the CCM are installed Conferencing is not working, but selecting other Media resource group (created for location2),conferencing will work fine.

Between the regions using G729 codec.

Regards,

DO you have transcode resources configured? The software based conference bridge will not support anything but G.711. If you're running resources that are having to connect between locations via G.729 based on locations/regions settings, it won't work without transcode resources in place, and those are only done in hardware.

With SW conference bridge, you need to makesure that the region your CFB is in and the location is using G.711 beaciuse this is the only codec that is supported
