Hmm isn't **# to unlock and two more * to reset ?
I always forget how it is but when on the phone can do it :)

Hi, the code can have been blocked by the admin, and there isn't another one.
Or it is a phone not under corporate CM?

Phone is on Corporate CM.
How would admin block this? I see a spot where you can put a local phone password in the common device profile, but this is blank. I tried changing it, but it doesn't seem to have any effect (maybe CCM service restart required???)

You are right, admin can password protect settings but that doesn't appear your case. Try the correct sequence **# again ?

Hi Clifford,
Have you tried pressing the "Settings" button and then pressing **#** (note only 1 #)
Hope this helps!

That was it.
**# unlocks it. **#** resets.
On earlier models **##** was the unlock, and **#** was reset.
Thanks for the help

Ah. didn't know of the older sequences. In fact they make more sense as do not overlap.
Thanks for the nice rating and good luck!
