PVDM2-32 DSP Firmware ERROR!!!

<p>I have a 2811 ISR and put in a PVDM2-32 and configured the PRI and everything was good until I tried to make some calls.  I did some show voice dsp commands and I'm getting this error, can anyone point me in the right direction:</p>

Hi, it after reseating the module (try a different slot) still problems, the PVDM2 is for RMA.

If you're on 12.4 code, this would be a hardware problem.  I believe we had some instances of things like this in 12.2-12.3 code with some software bugs.

 

Generally same as Paolo said - reseat the cards, and otherwise RMA the PVDM2-32.
