<p>I am using callmanager 6.1.2.1000-13 with gateway 3825</p>

<p>protocol using is MGCP and outgoing and incoming through fxo in saudiarabia.....(My gateway contains 32 fxo pors but now only 12 are connected)</p>

<p>My problem is when some calls hit the gateway, it gets disconnected without any reason...the gateway detects the ring detection and the ip phone ring once...thats all,the call got disconnected and the fxo port goes onhook....</p>

<p>Please sugest some ways of troubleshooting....</p>

At very least, need to see config, exact IOS used, and possibly a trace with "debug vpm signal" for a failed call.
