<p>Hi,</p>
<p>I am facing problem to add the devices to take control by NAC. All the snmp strings are fine & but when I am trying to add the device(switch) it says unable to contol.</p>
<p>The switches are Cisco 3750E switches whereas there is no option of 3750E in the list of device types in the drop down.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Can anybody guide me is there anything with the version 4.1.3.1 is not supporting 3750E & I may need to upgrade to 4.1.5</p>
<p>Thanks & Regards</p>

The 3750 is reported as supported, I would imagine the 3750E is supported as a 3750

Hi,
Thanks all for your response. Actualy the problem was with the SNMP string. For 3750 switches if "@" sign is in the community string it wont work.
I changed the communitystring & it worked.
