What else should I show to resolve this problem?

Thank you a lot

In first place a description of what the problem exactly is.

Also, use attachments for large files, not multiple posta.

The problem is about that user cann't send and receive fax. Earlier he could do this but now he cann't..

What codec shows in use during the fax with 'show call active voice brief'? Does the IP leg show 'lost:0/0/0' or more?

Are you using a T1? Are there slips?

Did they change out the fax machine?

What happens if you enable/disable ECM? I don't know what you're using, so I can't offer assistance.

Try taking all of your fax configuration off, and adding modem passthrough instead. I have no idea what your call flow is, so I can't offer advice here either.

Try turning Super G3 off on the faxes, see if that helps.

On your FXS port, try this configuration:

input gain -5

output attenuation 5

shut

no shut

If that fails, you may want to try giving more information since I'm throwing ideas out at whim.

-nick

to nicmatth

Thank you for answer. I'll try.

I use E1. there are no any slips.

The fax machine have changed too.

I have done your advice for this problem.

I think that it can be some problem of Telecom ISP. How I can see that there are some noise forexample in the line? I reapeat that there are no slips.

You're using cisco fax relay - it's not my favorite.

Try the already suggested 'voice service voip' 'fax protocol none'.

-nick

I have changed fax protocol to Passthough on CUCM.

See screenshot.

Is it enough or I should do also simething on GW?

I have done

"no ccm fax protocol cisco"

haven't helped.

I suppose that there are some problem with WAN QoS of ISP. What can I do to test this moment?

Notice, that calls work fine, but I hear some noise in the telephone receiver
