I am trying to add a new 7921 onto the CME box. The phone is authenticated on the wireless, the only problem is that I can't seem to get the phone to register with CME.
When I add the ephone's MAC address, I will see the below logs from TFTP. I have confirmed that correct MAC address of the phone. It is ephone 6.

Something simple to try.. Have you tried a factory reset of the phone? If not, here are the steps..
Arrow Down to Settings
Select Phone Settings or press 1
Press **2
Quickly press Yes to confirm (left soft key)

Still getting the same message after reset.

Hello,
Under telephony-services try this:
config t

create cnf-files
Then try to register phone again.
Hope that helped, if so please rate.

Was this phone working before and you upgraded the firmware and now its not. If it never worked before, is the phone getting the correct IP information? TFTP, Gateway etc....

The original phone was a 7921, it broke and so we got a new one. It has the same info as the old one as far as TFTP, IP addressing and gateways go.
