PPP authentication for DSL users

Unanswered Question

We have campus residents connecting to the internet through the CAMPUS internet connection using ADSL.

All Campus residents are connected through plain telephone line to a D-LINK IP DSLAM.

This Ip DSLAM is just a PLUG and PLAY BOX where all telephone line are terminated and the BOX is connected to a CISCO 6500 Switch through a GIGABIT ETHERNET port.

All users connect to the DSLAM using a ADSL CPE and get IP address from a DHCP server connected to the CISCO 6500 and can browse the internet without any issues.

Now we would like to set up Authentication for this users just like the ISP do for our normal DSL conncetions at home.

WE have a CISCO ACS server.

Could someone through some light on how this can be done with my current setup.

Thanks

I have this problem too.
