Mute Call Recording

Hello, when the supervisor tries to listen the call recorded from the Agent the file is mute , no audio comes out of the file. any idea, did i miss configured anything?thanks in advance.

I have this problem too.

It is gray out! all i can do is coaching pushing a file,how do i enable the voice piece? thank you
