Hey guys/gals,
I have 3750E 48 TD-S that i'm trying to upgrade the IOS on to a version that supports OSPF. Current version is 12.2.35 SE5 and apparently it doesnt support OSPF. I downloaded 12.2.44 SE5, Universal, and apparently it doesnt support OSPF either.
I'm trying to nail down which version does support OSPF...
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you enabling the ip routing first? By default, the switch is in Layer 2 switching mode and IP routing is disabled. To use the Layer 3 capabilities of the switch, you must enable IP routing.

Ok, here is the scoop, the 3750-E have 2 possible images files called "Universal", it comes with and w/o crypto support. The features usch as IP Routing are key activated, the feature are there but you need to get the key to active the feature, which sounds like it needs to be purchased:
