LMS 3.1 restore--What hapened?

I performed a restore of LMS 3.1 data.

The restore was performed on a new install of LMS (same version as the backup)

I noticed a lot of thing missing that I thought would be restored:

CS: backup schedule, log file rotation

DFM: Everything gone, no devices, notifications groups restored

HUM: everything gone

So now what can I do? I spent hours setting thresholds, pollers, log file rotations.

I have the old CSCOpx directory.

Are there file I can safely move back to the current CSCOpx dir?

The log file rotation configuration is not restored, and that is a bug. Everything under DFM and HUM should be restored, however. The restoration must have failed for some reason. The log should indicate why.
