I have call pickup setup. When a call come in the visual alert display on other phones. However when the call is ended the call pickup alert still stay on the screen for up to 30 seconds. Is there a way to reduce this timer? People thinks there is a call and try to pickup but get nothing.

Under Call pickup, Call Pickup Group Notification Settings
We have a timer there, default is 6 seconds.

That timer is for something different....
Enter the seconds of delay (integer in the range of 1 to 300) between the time that the call first comes into the original called party and the time that the notification to the rest of the call pickup group is to occur.

That's is a little funny.
We have the opposite problem: visual alert end in 10-12 seconds, that is a too little time in most cases to let user to pickup the call.
We opened a TAC case and they tell us there is no way to set this timer.
We are using a CUCM 7.1.2.
