After an upgrade from CUPS 6 to CUPS 7, it takes about 30 seconds to update the line status from a cisco ip phone on the CUPC client. This is the case both for the busy as available status.
Does anyone has got an idea on this ?

Can you post the following to help troubleshoot:
CUPC version you are running?
CallManager version you are integrated with?
Are all the clients having the same issue?

are you using IMAP for the voicemail? It seems like after you login, it then logs into the IMAP server to check/download vmails. Mine seems to take awhile.
Is this after the client is logged in, the phone goes on/off hook and CUPC does not update for the 30 seconds? Sounds like DNS issues to me
