There is an option to check Call History in GUI page on CME but I don't see call records. How do I set my CME gateway to generate call records?
Reports > Call History

Greetings there are a couple of things you need to do before the Call History can be enabled.
Youll need to enter the following commands through the cli.
dial-control-mib retain-timer 10080
dial-control-mib max-size 500
!
gw-accounting syslog
