Hello,
I need some help in SRST. I have Callmanager Ver.5.12 and the remote office has Cisco ISR2851 running IOS spservicesk9-mz.124-9.T7. In the event of SRST, inbound and outbound call to the remote site fail. Debug q931 shows

That could certainly be the reason, I would suggest upgrading to 12.4.15T8.
Also, ensure your binding of SRST interface is to proper IP address:
"ip source-address 10.107.100.4 port 2000"

Unallocated/unassigned number - indicates that the 3771 number cannot be found, is there a phone with that DN that registered under SRST? Are you performing any further digit manipulation?
Can you post your entire config?
What do you get in q931 debug for outboud call?

Did some search in Google and notice the router's IOS 12.4-9.t7 may not support 7965 phone. I will upgrade the IOS and let you know if that fix the problem.

I upgraded the router IOS to 12.4.15T8. SRST started to work.
Thanks.
