CUCMBE version is 6.1.2.1000-13. Phones are 7960G, 7940G and 7911G. Caller would like to know callee status on the phone when calling, if idle, on active call, busy. My customer have a 3COM NBX-100 since 7 years ago and it have this feature, so he expects CUCMBE have it also.
