[rgent] Internet is very slow of laptop user in VPN ADSL connection

Hi

6 users using laptops have the problem of VERY slow internet connection

The 3 colleagues using desktop in the office do not have such are problem, this is the problem with users using LAPtop

we have VPN connection with ADSL line (braodband)

Please advise ASAP on taken actions to solve the issue

verify settings of desktop Pcs and compare with them of one laptop

its works fine for desktop PC but the problem is

Only laptop useres are getting affected please advice

Hello Adhitya,

I was telling that there must be some difference on desktop network settings try to use the link to check the differences

We had similar problems in some remote offices that were fixed using the methods described in the link.

Or using an utility called Dr. TCP
