After IOS updates 100+ inventory updates are failing. The below error message is displayed in inventory job details:
RICS001: Internal Error,unable to process the collected data from the device.
I have also attached file: IC_Sever
Please assist in isolating inventory collection issues.

This looks like CSCsm97530 (or possibly CSCso54489 if the ports in question are 10 Gbps). Patches are available by contacting the TAC.
