weird issue in 12.2(31) SB12

we have loaded the above mentioned ios and it is behaving abnormaly. All the internet customers which are using internet adn serving thru a internet vrf are not able to reach outside the cloud. But if we change the ios to 12.4 15 t1 then every thing works fine. Need to knw any one is facing the issue or not?

Today I got the affirmative response from the cisco. As per TAC engineer a ios bug is there which is not listed.
