Unity Auto Attendant - Routing when a subscriber is not forund

I have an auto attendant set up for a site that allows caller input.

If the extension does not exist unity responds with "I did not recognize that as a valid entry" and gets routed to the opening

greeting. I want to route this to the sites operator but can't figure out how to

accomplish that. I played around with the routing rules a bit but I was still unable to get the call to route correctly.

you need to configure a caller input to a call system transfer, then from there dial any DN you want

No what I want to happen is if the extension is invalid I want the call to automatically route to an operator.
