Outbound dialing users feedback on 7.0

Has anyone used this? I would like feedback on this product. I have a call center with mostly outbound and some inbound. They need to have at least 20 campaigns running with at least 2000 numbers. Will Call center express work with this? 7.0

Yes it will work. The Outbound feature provides Outbound dialing functionality in addition to existing Unified CCX inbound capabilities. This feature allows agents who are not busy with inbound calls to handle Outbound calls. With the Outbound feature, customer calls are placed using the Cisco Unified Communications by way of the Unified CM for call control.
