can we pick up a phone by dialing a particular target extension

(not pick up no:,dial that particular phone no: which is ringing)

Hi,

I am afraid that wont be possible...thats why you have "PICK UP" functionality. The only feature you can use is Directed Pickup...I believe this feature is only available with CCM7.0(1) See here..

You can use the Directed Call Pickup feature as explained here
