Hi ALL:

I am facing a strange issue.

I have 2 access switches (4506) which are connected to 2 core switch (6500)

I have voice vlan and i have server on one of the core swith where i am recording the incoming and outgoing voice traffic using SPAN port for voice vlan.

Now the problem is i am able to record the incoming and outgoing voice when the phone are connected to one of my access switch 4506A switch

but i am not able to record the incoming voice when the phone are connected to another 4506B switch

only the outgoing is getting recorded.

Waht could be the reason any idea ?
