Devices in DCR but not in RME?

I have an issue where I have 4384 devices in Common services 3.2.0 and only 4382 (Total inc. pending, suspended, alias etc) within RME 4.2.0.

Is there a maunal process I can run to get these 2 devices to RME device list - these devices credentials are correct in DCR and they are live devices.

Go to

RME -> Device Manager -> RME Devices

-> Add devices

you can add devices manually.

Then mark "all devices", so you should get the two missing devices.

To look for your auto allocation settings

you can go to

RME -> Admin -> Device Mgmt -> Device Management Settings

and run the "Devices not matching the policy" button.
