We're trying to get this link spread out to customers:

It's a really helpful tool. It ranks cases based upon how many TAC cases have hit certain bugs, and how fast. The newer and more cases that are hitting the issue, the higher it will be on the list.

There's a good amount of topics here that could probably be avoided by a quick run down on some of these lists.

Hope you guys can find some use from it.
