Stand-alone MOH Server

Currently we have our MOH server setup on CallManager 4.1(3)sr7 which supports about 100 end-users. Is there a need to setup a Windows 2003 Server for the MOH? We have been using a Fixed Audio Source, but are now creating .wav files (music w/advertising) to use. We have two remote offices.(possible load-sharing) Additional ideas on a stand-alone server would be much appreciated. Also, is there documentation for setting up a stand-alone MOH server?

it's co-resident if ccm.exe is running along with IPVMS, if CCM.exe is NOT running but only IPVMS it's standalone

a standalone MOH server is simply a CUCM server which is not running CCM.exe, only IPVMS services
