ACE 4710 support in DFM 2.0.12

Have just upgraded DFM to support our new ACE 4710, but device is still unknown.

remove- reinsert did not make it!

It is supported in DFM 2.0.12 provided the sysObjectID is 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.824.

I've read that in the release notes.

but have this device supported in RME only, DFM still shows unknown device.

Check NMSROOT/conf/objects/smarts/conf/discovery/oid2type_Cisco.conf for an entry for 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.824. And double-check to make sure this is the sysObjectID of your ACE.
