CME monitor lines don't stay lit for duration of call

Hello, we have a client with CME that has 6 phone configured to use monitor lines. Each phone has its main line plus the 5 other phone lines as monitor lines.

They work great, lighting up when another user is active. However after around 10 minutes or so, the light turns off even though the call is still active.

Is this normal? Is there a configuration setting? Any ideas?

Phones are all 7961 running SCCP Firmware 8-3-2-27.

2811 running 2800 Software (C2800NM-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(20)T

Hi, try T2 of the same version and if still happens open a case with the TAC to proceed further, or downgrade IOS.
