Unity 5.0(1) and Exchange rules with forward

Under Unity 4.0(5) with Exchange, messages left at x3522 would be a new message via the TUI and a forwarded email to this aeltechsupport@company.com

After the upgrade, messages left at x3522 are a new message via the TUI, a forwarded email to this aeltechsupport@company.com address, and a new message at x5077 via the TUI. It's the last part, new message via TUI for x5077, that's different. Is this how it's supposed to work after the upgrade from 4.0(5) to 5.0(1)?

Jason,

Does this aeltechsupport alias match the unity subscriber x5077's alias? Sounds like that mailbox could already be tied to a Unity subscriber (potentially 5077 in this case). Just a thought...

Brad

Yes, ext 5077 Jane Doe is a member of alltechsupport@company.com list.

The root problem is that when running Unity UM 4.0(5) the Outlook Forwarded message arrives at ext 5077 Jane Doe Exchange mailbox JJDoe with attribute “Mark as Read”, where as in 5.0(1) it's arrives “Mark as Unread”.

I see Outlook Rules and Alerts wizard has a "Mark as Read" checkbox, we may try that.
