Customer runs CAD 7.0(2) (Premium Version), Build 184.108.40.206
I saw in this forum that using CAD cal flow group you can retrict reason code to agent group and not using them for all contact center.
But once reason code enable in CAD you always have to specify reason when close toolbar for example.
Customer does not want any reason code prompt for some agent and enable it for other ones.
Is there any way to configure that reason only for only a part of contact center agents in CAD 7.0(2) (Premium Version), Build 220.127.116.11????
