IPCC - Cisco Supervisor Desktop

I want to change how the agent name is displayed in Cisco Supervisor Disktop.

When I look in the IPCC web broweser application is looks like I need to change the Resource Name. How do I do that? Please tell me rather than sending a link~ Thank You

Hello,

The resource names are controlled by the global directory in call manager. Make the name change there.

I went to the end user configuration page and made a change there that I would have thought fixed the problem. Under First Name I put the person's name since we have it now as: First Name: IPCC

Last Name: 7128 and it shows up as the Resource Name as: IPCC 7128

Where else to I make the changes?

Hello,

Try disassociating the device from the user and rmcm user for ipcc, then make the change, and reassociate the device with the user and the rmcm user for ipcc.
