TFTP File Management and Services URL for Cisco Phone question

WHen I uploaded some sample.xml file to TFTP Directory -> /

<br />What URL should I use to get this as service from Cisco Phone?

you need to load that into a web server, not a TFTP server

Is it possible to remain this file on CUCM? It's principle that I shouldn't change IP address of service.

no, you do not get access to the tomcat folder so you cannot add files to the CUCM web server. you need a separate web server

same as with the idle url
