UCCX 5 Outbound Dialer Customer Time Zone

Hi all,

We scheduled an outbound campaign using UCCX 5. When an agent uses the call back feature, the customer time is always different from the server time. The customer time is always US time even if the server and the agents are configured with European time.

I have a question:

- What is the default time zone for the outbound dialer?

- How to change default the time zone without adding any area code.

I got the same issue. Did you find out how to get round this issue?


Outbound Dialer manages only North American area codes.

To have the correct time zone, you must add a new area code in your system with your country code and associate the correct time zone for this area code.

Then,you must always prefix contact numbers with your country codes so that calls will be placed in the correct time zone.
