CRS 5.0(2) - Unable to log in to Historical reporting tool - Invalid IP

Dear all,

We have been using a couple of users in CRS Historical Reporting tool for 7 months in an UCCX 5.0(2) HA cluster. Today when trying to use them we are unable.

"The name or IP address of the server is invalid. Check the name and IP address of the server and try again" (this is translated, it isn't the literal text provided by the English version).

The servers IP address has not been changed. The agents can log in and we can log into the administration web page.

What could be the problem?
