I have cucm 6.1 and cue 3.2.
I've setuped all. Cue working, but it hasn't connection to CTI ports on cucm.
cue-swiss# sh ccn status ccm-manager
JTAPI Subsystem is not registered with any Call Manager
But if I verify jtapi connection in cue gui (Configure-Callmanager) - It shows - Web login successful, jtapi login successful.
I don't know what I can do for jtapi connection.
I don't find any cue troubleshooting guide.
Help me, please!
Hi, do you have the jtapi-user associated with the CTI RP and CTI ports? (user-device association), also make sure that the jtapi password configured in the CCM is the same as the jtapi password in your CUE and try restarting the CTIManager services.
