Filter funcion in ASDM 6.1(2)F not working properly?

I was using FWSM 3.1(5) with ASDM 5.2(2)F. There, you were able to query the ruleset for sources, destinations etc., even if the sources, destinations were hidden in an object group.

Now I've switched to FSWM 3.2(10) which brought ASDM 6.1(2)F. Now the queries work only for objects that are directly visible in the Access Rules window. Any object (host, network) that is member of an object group will not appear in the filtered list.

Is this a bug - or where am I going wrong?

I use this feature frequently and the current situation seems a great loss in useability.

Thanks,

Beat

After having reflected this matter closely I finally came to the solution myself:

If the source is part of an object group one has to use "contains", not "is". Obviously "is" means, that this is the exact source, no other host or network shall be a possible source.

Matter resolved.
