PIX 501 and PDM - drops connection

Hardware: PIX-501, 16 MB RAM, CPU Am5x86 133 MHz

Cisco PIX Firewall Version 6.3(1)

Cisco PIX Device Manager Version 3.0(4)

I can log in to PDM and PDM can pull all device information but after that drops connection to the PIX. Reconnect doesn't work for me. Any idea what was missing during console PIX setup? Thanks

I had a similar problem about 2 years ago with a customer's pix. I was able to resolve it by upgrading to 6.3(5)

OK, I will try upgrading to 6.3(5)

After software upgrade everything start to working properly. Thanks!
