Hi,

I have a customer requirement in which the operating environment may extend to 50C. The 3750 and 2811 only support 45C.

Does anyone know of similar devices which may support operating into 50C?

thanks.

Mark

The rugged switches, 2955 and 3000 seriers, up to 75c.

Thank you. Unfortunately I need a higher port density of 48 per switch. But this helps me in my efforts!

thank you for your time!

Mark

A normal 2960 switch can do the below, may it's ok for you:

Normal Operating Conditions:

• -5ºC to +45ºC, up to 5,000 feet (1500 m)

• -5ºC to +40ºC, up to 10,000 feet (3000 m)

• -5ºC to +35ºC, up to 13,000 feet (4000 m)

Short-Term* Exceptional Operating Conditions:

• -5ºC to +55ºC, at sea level

• -5ºC to +50ºC, up to 5,000 feet (1500 m)

• -5ºC to +45ºC, up to 10,000 feet (3000 m)

• -5'C to +40'C, up to 13,000 feet (4000 m)

* Not more than following in one year period: 96 consecutive hours, or 360 hours total, or 15 occurrences.
