We leased p-t-p line from Verizon from USA to UK. We ship out to our London office 2800 with E1 interface and setup in our NJ office 2611 with T1 interface.
Link doesn't coming up. It show me down/down on both sides.
When Verizon set on the middle of the circuit loop back both routers coming up.
It's our first international circuit. I'm not sure what I have to do? Use the same interfaces on both sides?
Any help would be really appreciated.

ohassiri, in networking like in life each one does what he wants with his own money.
Behind customer decisions there can be complex reasons, a good engineer should not question them unless asked or in a position to make a change.

Certainly, then in real life you will learn lessons about the great value of sticking to the subject and to what the customer wants.
Another lesson you would need is about the use of the rating system, that is not a tool for vindication like you took it.
