Signature for Ares P2P

Hi everyone,

i am having trouble stopping ares P2p filesharing software. i have to stop this some how. as you all know it is not listed in the signature list of the cisco ips. i updated the ips signature still no use. so if anyone could suggest me , the signature of ares i would be able to bock it.

You might be hitting a Software Bug CSCso00699 which is internal. This bug has been integrated in all versions of E2 . So

5.1(7)E2, 5.1(8)E2, 6.0(4)E2, 6.0(5)E2, and 6.1(1)E2 all have the enhancement with signature Id is 7203.0.
