Type of Number is missing

Hi, we are experiencing an issue in Dubai.

Could it be possible that a provider doesn't send the "Type of Number"? (e.g. National or International). If they are not sending this information, can i adjust the setting / command for "progress_ind"?

Without this information, I don't see the national or international prefix's (0 or 00) at the beginning of the calling id. Can someone suggest the best way to handle this for instance by using the correct voice translation-rule.

I have this problem too.
