SPA-8X1GE-V2 problem

Dear All,

I have 7600 with RSP720-3BXL and SIP200

we got a big mistake .

We ordered SPA 8XGE but just this one is not supported on 7600 SIP-200

it seems that this SPA( SPA-8X1GE-V2) is for ASR>

I know that my ask is a bit crazy but is this any solution that 7600 can understand this spa?/

the point is when 7600 boots up,,during the boot process it can recognize this module but when boot is finished.the router can not work or support this spa

I don't think this is possible because the SPA/SIP requires very specific codes that the ASR IOS runs.

Talk to the authorized Cisco reseller and see if you can make a deal with them. Cisco, unfortunately, has a very strict policy of not accepting goods when the security seal of the box and the static bag has been broken.
