Yes, if your compact flash is big enough.
Why do you want to do this and why not storing this information on the DHCP server itself?

I want to save my mac binding file in Flash or NVRAM and then my origin paath is just same (NVRAM or Flash).

I wouldn't suggest saving anything on the NVRAM (because there's a fixed amount of disk space) and Compact Flash (because you want to use this to save your IOS(es).
Again, I would like to ask why not consider saving the files on your DHCP server instead?

Right now i am using same router as a DHCP server. So i am saveing mac binding with ip address and want to save in FLASH and using this file through as origin . and every time user ip is authenticated by mac address which is binded in .TXT file.
