My customer has a ccm 6.1
He is using a macfarlane CC connected to the cluster via SIP trunks.
He also has UCCX 4.5.
The Macfarlane CC uses the CCM gateways for connectivity to PSTN incoming and outgoing.
We have an issue if the Macfarlane CC recieves an incoming call from the PSTN. An agent on the CC answers the call.
On some occasions the agent has to transfer the call to the UCCX CC.
The RP number on UCCX is used and if the call is done on an consultative transfer all is o.k
But if a blind transfer is used we experience one way calls.
Any help would be appreciated
