Hi there,
currently we're running "Cisco Agent Desktop 4.1" for "Cisco Unified Contact Center Express 4.1" Build 6.3.1.10 with Windows XP Professional SP2.
Now some machines have to be freshly installed with Windows Vista Business SP1 but our version of Agent Desktop isn't capable for being used with Vista.
Our contacts told us that there's (still) no release of the Agent Desktop which can be used with Vista. But I can't believe this.
So is it true that there's no newer release available or is there one and if yes, which version and build has it ?

Hi Niclas,
Support for Vista was added in 6.4.(2);
Cisco Agent Desktop 6.4(2) includes these new features:
â Support for Microsoft Vista Business and Ultimate Editions
â Standard Bundle no longer includes Cisco Agent Desktop (available now only in the Enhanced and Premium bundles)

The CAD version is tied to the UCCX version which is tied to the version of UC Manager. You'll need to upgrade the whole set to get a newer version.
The upgrade is free if you have valid UCSS contracts in place. You (or your partner) can place an upgrade order for the media and keys through the PUT tool.
