ASA5520 Clientless SSL Logon page - missing Logo and Title

Hi There,

We have an ASA5520 running ver 8.0(4) - asdm 6.1.(5). Problem we have is that the Clientless SSL Logon page is missing the default Title and Logo - only being presented with Logon box and we can still logon successfully.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you checked the DfltCustomization object?

It's located at: Remote Access VPN -> Clientless SSL VPN Access -> Portal -> Customization

There is an option in the dropdown menu for "Logo URL" under "Title Panel" to select "" i.e. none. So that is maybe the case here?

Thanks for the reply Jens,

We checked and Logo URL has an entry /+cscou+/cisco_logo.gif

We are also not seeing the Title Text we entered and Logon page is devoid of any colour also.

We have tried changing text and logos to no avail. The user specific portal pages work fine with logos, text etc.

Update - Now working again.

Ran SSL VPN wizard and created a new connection group, as detailed in link below. Modifications made to DfltCustomization object now being implemented.
