IPCX Monitoring and Recording on a Citrix client

I have a customer who wants to implementing call monitoring. All their agents and supervisors are running Citrix client. Is it possible to do monitoring over a Citrix client?

You would need to upgrade to CTIOS 7.1(1) in order to get Silent Monitor support for Citrix. Silent Monitor services have to be installed on the computers running the Agent and Supervisor's Citrix clients. The agent Citrix client must be deployed behind the agents IP phone. The supervisor Citrix must have a sound card.
