after configuring login banner router is not acessible

we have the remote acess to the router.We are able to access the router before configuring login banner but after applying banner in config mode we have lost the connectivity and we couldnt see the prompt.Please let us know why we couldnt login,is there any way to login in a remote way.

Very likely you changed something else beside banner. If you haven't saved the config, have someone turn it off and on and you should be able to access again.

I see you're writing from a major operator, try to have someone experienced to work with it you, working with routers it's actually very easy to create situations that cannot be remedied like above.

We had the same issue happen when we pasted a new login banner on our 3750 switches after upgrading to to 12.2(50)SE. Switch locks up during paste of banner. What code did you put on the router?.

you could also utilize the automated reload to ensure you get access back when you make aaa changes.

in priv mode:

"reload in xx "
