How we can synchronize PIM-DR & HSRP Active router.

I get your point, let me ellabroate my requirement in bit detail:
Suppose if the HSRP active changes due to some reason, at that time how should i syncronize my PIM-DR.

There is no "easy way". You can either do not be concerned, or build an EEM script to detect the change and reconfigure PIM.
